One accused person in the murder case of Mochudi East legislator, Isaac Davids, has been granted bail.

The second accused Ramotswa-born, Mokgalemi Maleya was granted bail this morning by Molepolole Magistrate Court. Maleya, represented by Mishingo Jeremia, had it easy when the state did not oppose his bail.

He was advised by the court to adhere to his set bail conditions, which among others include binding himself with P2,000 together with two sureties with the same amount each, surrendering his travel documents, reporting to police as set by court and not travel outside the country without permission from authorities.
