NSO recognises staff

Speaking at the awards, Deputy Permanent Secretary to the President, Botshelo Mathuba urged NSO staff to continue excelling in their service delivery endeavours.
Mathuba said the Botswana Quality Workforce Study conducted by the Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) in 2010 pointed to deep-seated poor work ethic as the main factor inhibiting national productivity and ultimately the country’s competitiveness.
