Nonofo Molefhi scored big over the weekend when his camp clinched key positions at the regional elections in Francistown and Gaborone ahead of the elective Congress in July.

The victories come two weeks after the Molefhi camp clinched key positions at the BOMASE region. In Francistown, the  Molefhi camp won the chairman and secretary general posts through Baemedi Medupe and Douglas Letsholathebe as they swept the board.

Masisi sympathiser, James Kgalajwe could only muster 67 votes against Medupe’s 80 for the chairmanship at the Francistown region elections over the weekend, where Kudzani Tobokani garnered 54 votes to  Letsholathebe’s 87 for secretary general. In Gaborone,  the pro-Molefhi camp won two key positions on Saturday at the Gaborone regional congress that was held at Cresta Lodge.
