“On behalf of the BIUST council, I have the honour to make the announcement of the decision by the Council to establish the Chancellor’s Prize. This prize will be given to a student assessed to have attained the best overall grades at every BIUST graduation and it begins at this historic ceremony where I have contributed a modest One Million Pula,” he said.
