FRANCISTOWN: Police in Palapye are searching for a Motswana man believed to have stabbed another man aged 32 years to death using a knife.

According to No2 District Officer Commanding, Senior Superintendent Paul Oketsang, the suspected man stabbed the deceased person twice with a knife. Oketsang stated the incident happened on Saturday night at around 8:30pm.

He said the wanted suspect stabbed the 32-year-old man after a misunderstanding which led to a fight at Mahibitswana Lands near Palapye. The deceased person was rushed to hospital after being stabbed but he was confirmed dead upon arrival.
