Broadhurst magistrate Gaseitsewe Toniki has instructed a rape suspect, who has been on the run for months, to allow prosecution to conduct their investigations at their own pace.

However, State prosecutor Oamogetswe Gaboutwelwe told court that on the previous court appearance, she indicated that prosecution would call the Investigating Officer (IO) on the case to oppose the accused person’s bail application.
