JICA trains civil servants

The Embassy of Japan in Botswana is pleased to announce that the Government of Japan, through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has invited 23 officials from the Government of the Republic of Botswana and will conduct training on Public Service System for them.

Training for the officials will be conducted in Japan from  March 6 to 15, 2017. Most of the participants are from the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) and Botswana Public Service College (BPSC).

After all the participants take lectures focusing on the outline of the public service system of Japan, the group will be divided into two sub-groups for the different themes; the initial entrance assessment for public officials and the remuneration system for public officials.
