SELEBI-PHIKWE: A company from Hungary, Brite Star, is exploring to set up here to manufacture aircraft and run an aviation academy.

The company, according to the SPEDU’s public relations and marketing manager Sheila Moribame, will start setting up in October this year and will take a year to complete. She said the company is already setting up at the airport and the signing ceremony, expected to take place on Tuesday, will seal participation and coordination of all parties involved.

She said this is a huge milestone in the speedy recovery of the regional economy looking at the creation of 3,000-4,000 employment opportunities in Selebi-Phikwe.
