Girls Excel At Ledumang Senior

It was a night of girls at the Ledumang Senior Secondary School awards ceremony on Friday as female students dominated their male counterparts.

The top students in Form Four and Five were all girls as the boys were relegated to lesser positions. In Form Four, Lorato Keutule scooped the best overall student award after scoring over 80 percent in History, Setswana, Additional Mathematics and Chemistry.  She was given an emblem inscribed with her portrait.

Christinah Laryea was named best overall student in Form Five. She was given a university graduation robe as a token of appreciation and encouragement to go far in her education. She got an emblem with her portrait. She emerged top of the class after she got four merit certificates in Literature in English, four As and five A stars in her examinations.
