Gantsi council budget cut by 16 percent

GANSTI: The Gantsi District Council (GDC) budget for 2014-2015 financial year has been cut by 16%.

The council chairman, Douglas Tlharese told councillors during a meeting that the budget was cut by the government from the proposed P197.2 million to P165 million.

However, the total figure comes to P172.8 million because of the P7.5 million from council revenue.
