Charged for paying a fine?

FRANCISTOWN: A young man charged with issuing a false document has told the magistrates court here that he does not know why he is being prosecuted because he paid a fine at a police station.

Oduetse Moleele (25) was in court on Monday after he allegedly gave a fake driver's licence to a policeman in Tonota in September last year.

"I have already pleaded guilty to that offence and paid the fine and I am wondering why I am here today," he said.
