CAAB fired employee procedurally � court

FRANCISTOWN: A former employee of the Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana (CAAB) has lost a review application seeking the reviewing and setting aside of the decision of Justice Masole to terminate his employment.

The applicant, Levy Holonga, was employed by CAAB as an airport operations officer at the Francistown International Airport.

The first respondent in the matter is the CAAB while the second respondent is Masole, who is the director of operations at CAAB.
