The Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) was once again the single largest beneficiary of the development budget, receiving a P1.46 billion allocation as an operational subsidy, according to Finance minister, Kenneth Matambo’s budget speech yesterday.

Matambo yesterday made it clear what the “operational support” entailed.
