FRANCISTOWN: Reaoboka Mbulawa, the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) councillor in the North West District Council (NWDC) has expressed disappointment towards fellow party councillor, Duncan Enga who defied a party caucus, which had endorsed him (Mbulawa) for the council chairmanship.

On Monday, Enga who was not endorsed by the BDP caucus, chose to contest the chairmanship elections and he prevailed against Mbulawa who was the ruling party’s preferred choice.
