KANG: The Botswana Council of Churches brought a sense of hope for a Kang woman Tshakane Qhuale who has been living in abject poverty since her adulthood.

In handing over a house to Qhuale and her family,

The Right Reverend Metlhayotlhe Beleme said that giving back to the community remains the church’s socio economic component. Beleme, who is also the Bishop of Anglican diocese of Botswana, said while the church would continue to improve the lives of Batswana, it would not seek publicity but to motivate strives to end abject poverty.
