Barolong chief trial set for July

LOBATSE: Chief magistrate Mareledi Dipate yesterday set trial for July 27 and 28 in a case in which a Barolong senior court represantative is accused of causing havoc, nuisance behaviour and disturbing public peace.

Kgosi Mompati Marumoloa, 67, is alleged to have on February 12, 2017 hurled insults at his subordinates over allegations of backstabbing. 

According to the charge sheet, Marumoloa is alleged to have uttered the following “Ke gore di tribal administrator tsa kgotla e ba rata go seba ka leina lame”.
