The 33-year-old Atlholang Mojanki of Monarch location is jointly charged with fellow police officer and girlfriend, Tshepho Queen Nlewa (42) for the murder of 28 year-old Sox, a former nurse at Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital, at the beginning of January this year. During Friday’s mention, the state added more charges alleging that Mojanki set on fire a Toyota Corolla belonging to Letsweletse Matome near Mmei Junior Secondary School on April 21, 2012. State prosecutor Mandla Simon told the court that the substantive prosecutor in the case was allocated the matter last Thursday.  As a result the prosecution was still to study the case, therefore needing two weeks to familiarise itself with the case.
