Registrar and Master of High Court, Michael Motlhabi has denied that there is crisis at the Administration of Justice (AoJ) department. Matlhabi told the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) this week that there was no crisis at the judiciary especially in the financial department but lapses in the management.

He explained that overpayment of salaries to employees especially judges was due to the organisation’s lack of monitoring mechanisms.
