Random anti-doping tests at AYG

Botswana African Youth Games (BAYGOC) vice chairperson, Solly Reikeletseng has said random anti-doping tests have been carried out on some athletes.

Reikeletseng told a media briefing in Gaborone that it was imperative that athletes under go such tests.

Most athletes under go testing when they take part in international events outside the continent. Reikeletseng said it was important to test them when they participate at continental level. He could not reveal the number of athletes who were tested and the results.
