The United States Of Africa Debate Heats Up

As Colonel Muammar Gaddafi, the Libyan leader, lately addressed as 'Brother' and his backers mull over the establishment of the United States of Africa (USA) government, scholars have advised that the over 200 million citizens of the continent should be consulted.
Before the Ghana 'Great Debate' this week, the brother leader organised outings for former politicians, scholars, political scientists and the media to drum up support for the idea.
