Barclays has lined up a number of activities this month to recognise their customers' loyalty

Barclays Bank of Botswana (BBB) has dedicated the month of October to commemorating customer service, under the theme ‘Customer at the Heart’.

Barclays Head of Customer Service, Prince Mobita, said they want to highlight the importance of consistent and excellent service to the bank’s employees. He also said that customers are attracted to an entity’s service experience more than anything else.
