Culture is tool for China-Africa Cooperation- HU

To open up new prospects for a new type of China-Africa strategic partnership, China and Africa have committed to increasing cultural and people-to-people exchanges.

Speaking during the official opening of the Fifth Conference of Forum on China Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) held in Beijing, China last month, the President of China, Hu Jintao, said his country would enhance people-to-people friendship to lay a solid foundation of public support for promoting China-Africa common development.
