FRANCISTOWN: Monarch North Councilor, Godfrey Kaelo has resigned from the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP).

His resignation follows that of 10 other councillors from the Central District Council who served Council Chairperson, Peter Williams with letters of resignation from the ruling party.

In his resignation letter, Kaelo says he leaves the party to join the newly formed Botswana Patriotic Front (BPF).
