Clicks Riverwalk store has donated different skin health care products to people living with albinism on Friday.

The shop gave back to the vulnerable members of the community for its 50th anniversary.  Speaking at the event, Clicks Relief Manager, Noma Goepamang said they were known for offering affordable, everyday value since 1968. She explained that this year was their seventh since their establishment. She said as a way of giving back to their customers, Clicks chose to give back to people living with albinism because they had a special and sensitive skin.

“These are people like you and me. Our difference is that their skin pigmentation is lighter and different from ours. It is therefore important to show them that we care. They need special kinds of skin products such as sun screeens and otheir special lotions so that their skin can tolerate the harsh weather conditions,” she said.
