Higher Education Providers apply for BQA Registration and Accreditation

Updating Higher Education Providers on the achievements so far, the BQA acting Director Quality Assurance, Mr Phenyo Molefe said eight public institutions and 11 private institutions had applied, with 12 registered so far, including one public provider
Mr Molefe explained that naturally public institutions would struggle with the initial process of registration and accreditation as this is the first time they are being required to apply for accreditation while the private institutions had been subjected to accreditation since the days of the now defunct BOTA and TEC bodies. He was optimistic that these providers have been capacitated and should submitted applications in time to beat the deadline.
