Shining stars: The women's team qualified for this year's World Championships

FRANCISTOWN: After securing qualification to the 16th World Softball Championship, the senior women’s team will plug areas of weakness that need immediate attention.

The team qualified for the Women’s Softball World Championship that will be held in Chiba, Japan in August, following last weekend’s qualifiers in Pretoria, South Africa.

Same Molete, the team’s manager, said that their defence (fielding techniques) is below par and needs to be strengthened.
