First Division rookies, Broadhurst United proved to be a hard nut to crack when they beat Mogoditshane Fighters 2-0 in an entertaining Debswana First Division South League match played in Mogoditshane on Saturday afternoon.

The new comers have so far registered four points from two games after playing to a 0-0 draw with Modipane United in their first game.

However, it was Fighters who had the better scoring chance in the first half when Bernard Kebotseng forced his way into the Broadhurst United area but lost balance and stumbled. But the attacker managed to take a shot, which hit the upright much to the relief of Broadhurst United defence that was caught napping.
