FRANCISTOWN: Former Education Minister Kebatlamang Morake has died. Morake, who also served across various ministries and at one point acted as the country’s President died yesterday morning at Nyangabwe Referral Hospital (NRH) after a lengthy illness.

Yesterday, the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) Francistown region chairperson Baemedi Medupi confirmed Morake’s death to Mmegi.

“The party has been informed of his death. Apart from confirmation, I do not have further details surrounding his death,” Medupi said yesterday.
