AON golf event attracts 20 players

SELEBI-PHIKWE: The annual P20, 000 AON sponsored golf tournament in Selebi-Phikwe over the weekend attracted 20 players including three women and four juniors.

This year, the tournament used the Two-Ball-Better-Ball format where golfers participate in pairs and the result is recorded from the partner with the highest score. The format saw seniors and juniors playing alongside one another.

National team players could not travel to the copper-nickel town for the tournament due to commitments.
