South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria, Morocco, Kenya, Angola, Tanzania, Ghana, Ethiopia emerge top, with top ranked South Africa estimated to hold over $610 billion, Egypt, $313 billion and Nigeria, $270 billion,
