Daisy Loo accused have case to answer - Nyamadzabo

The defence counsels' 'no-case to answer' submissions in the ongoing criminal trial involving Daisy Loo cleaning company and former Gaborone City Council employees has been overruled by Village Chief Magistrate, Barnabas Nyamadzabo, on the grounds that the accused persons have a case to answer as charged.

He found that the State had been able to establish a prima facie case against the accused on all four counts and that they have to defend themselves.
