BONA gives netball squad thumbs up

The Botswana Netball Association (BONA) has not made any alterations to the 15-member squad to represent the nation at the Netball Youth World Cup (NYWC), which the country is hosting from July 8.

The Under-21 technical team had selected and submitted the names to BONA for final consideration. The final squad has 12 players and three reserves, selected soon after the team’s arrival from a training camp in Singapore.

BONA vice president-technical, Lorato Thebekgosi told Mmegi Sport yesterday that they had submitted their explanations on the selection to the mother body, and BONA did not make any alterations.
