Mochudi Centre Chiefs society and the management of the Trust are scheduled to meet this week over the court order, which will pave way for the club to be run by a transitional committee.

The transitional committee is expected to run the club until a new executive committee is elected by the general membership.  Mmegi Sport is reliably informed that the two will reconvene this week as the search for a solution approaches a promising end.

Chiefs have for a long time been running under two parallel committees in the process losing out some of their financial backers.  Following a court battle, the two groups met and agreed on certain resolutions seeking to end the long running battle for the control of the club.
