FRANCISTOWN: The ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) has changed the length of a suspension initially tendered to three supporters belonging to Francistown West Member of Parliament (MP) Ignatius Moswaane’s supporters.

In April this year the trio of Boago Mosarwane, Otsile Moses and Chidzani Mokwebe were given a 60-day suspension pending a disciplinary hearing after they allegedly assaulted one of the party activists. The suspension is now indefinite.

Late last week, Damien Thapa a member of the party disciplinary committee led the team, which was to conduct a hearing involving the three men.
