BFA ordered to change chairperson in Mpiwa hearing

The Industrial Court on Thursday ruled that the disciplinary hearing against suspended Botswana Premier League (BPL) finance manager, Bosenogile Mpiwa by the Botswana Football Association(BFA) was unlawful.

He dragged the BFA before the court challenging his suspension.

Mpiwa was suspended last December following a forensic audit that reportedly unearthed gross maladministration and financial irregularities.
