Liberty Life partners with BOSETU

The Botswana Sectors of Educators Funeral Scheme (BOFUS) has signed a three-year partnership with Liberty Life Botswana in which they will underwrite the risk of BOFUS Funeral Scheme.

BOFUS is a funeral scheme for the Botswana Sectors of Educators Trade Union (BOSETU) members, which was launched about 12 years ago and currently has about 10,000 members out of the 15,000 BOSETU members. The partnership is expected to enhance the current offerings for the BOFUS members, which include marketing, branding and communication assistance and offer expertise to assist BOFUS to effectively communicate its core values.

Speaking at the signing this week, Liberty Life managing director, Lulu Rasebotsa said this strategic partnership would enable BOFUS to benefit from the risk management and insurance expertise to manage future uncertainty of the scheme.
