Swazis busted smuggling dagga into Botswana

LOBATSE: Swaziland nationals, Sithembiso Masuku (27) and Phinda Mandlazi (31) were on Thursday arraigned before Chief Magistrate Mareledi Dipate for being in illegal possession of dagga.

They were busted at the Pioneer Border gate in possession of wrappings of dagga.

Masuku is from Mandlangepempisi village while Mandlazi is from Mandosa village. The duo is alleged to have on August 10 near Pioneer border gate found in possession of about 50kg dagga without authorisation.
