Leshman�s ex-lover withdraws application to appeal

The disgruntled former lover of Resego Matenge, a Phakalane businessman popularly known as Leshman, Kungo Mabogo, has withdrawn her application to appeal Justice Godfrey Nthomiwa’s judgment.

Nthomiwa had ruled in favour of Leshman who Mabogo claimed owed her a sum of P319,339 from their honeymoon days.

The case will now go back to court where it will be argued by both parties showing cause why the court should rule in either one’s favour.
