First Division South league side, Notwane are pressing on with their case at the Court of Appeal where they want the Botswana Football Association (BFA) to hear their protest against Sankoyo Bush Bucks, the club’s legal representative Tshiamo Motsumi said yesterday.

Notwane are appealing a decision by the High Court to order a promotional play-off match between the team and FC Satmos in June last year.

The Premier League’s Disciplinary Committee (DC) had declared Sankoyo Bush Bucks’ striker, Morris Ruzivo a defaulter in their case against Satmos, a decision that saw the club being docked three points and two goals.
