Drunken muso faces P30,000 fine and jail

A 32-year-old man who drove through the Boatle intersection without stopping, killing a 47-year-old man on the spot on Sunday afternoon, faces a possible fine of P30,000 and a five-year holiday in the slammer.

The Ramotswa police have confirmed that the man was drunk and he did not respect a stop sign on the road to Mankgodi.

He hit a vehicle that was travelling from Lobatse to Gaborone injuring a seven year-old boy who is in the Intensive Care Unit at Princess Marina Hospital.
