DHL Express Botswana has invested P6million to upgrade its head office into a state of art facility consisting of offices, storage space and a sorting facility.

The world-class facility is expected to provide a conducive working environment for competitive service delivery and improved customer satisfaction.

Speaking during the launch last week, DHL Express Vice President Operations (Sub Saharan Africa), Oliver Facey, said the new facility would ensure that the organisation is now poised for enhanced productivity and efficiency through quicker sorting and more streamlined package management systems.
