Rakgare supports Lucas for BCP Vice Presidency

FRANCISTOWN: Tumiso ‘Chillboy’ Rakgare has confirmed that he favours Botswana Congress Party (BCP) publicity secretary Taolo Lucas over Dr Kesitegile Gobotswang ahead of the party’s upcoming congress in July.

The position of the vice president became vacant after the incumbent Batisani Maswibilili declared that he would not defend his position.

Rakgare confirmed his support in an interview with Mmegi on Thursday, ahead of the BCP Youth League Elective Conference that will be held on Saturday at Selepa Junior Secondary School.
