It was the celebrations of the common man, and the private sector on Friday as the nation gathered at the GICC to celebrate, recognise, and remind itself of the ideals of its own bible, the National Vision 2016 ideals.

What was evident on the night as the National Vision council hosted the annual awards night this time as part of the independence celebrations was that the achievement of the National Vision pillars is a collective effort from the man in the street, the private sector, while government is only around to facilitate

Sixteen companies, charitable organisations, big corporations and start up businesses were recognised.
