A time- honoured justice system hailed the world over it effectiveness is increasingly coming under criticism from ever more indigent defendants. The customary court system has long delivered simple justice for the community, but Mmegi corespondent, Nnasaretha Kgamanyane, finds that its judgements are increasingly leaving furrowed brows.
