Reliving Durban July

If I could turn back the hands of time to last weekend, I would do so without any hesitation. I would bask in the moments of pleasure, reliving my journey to the Vodacom Durban July (Greyville Racecourse)-one of South Africa’s (SA) annual must-attend events on the social calendar.

Though I attended the event last year, the trip then was very methodical, straightforward and right to the point: We flew directly from Gaborone to Durban and back with no in-betweens.

This year, however,  I had an exceptional travel experience. After flying to Joburg last week  Thursday, we connected to Durban and rode the night away on a Premier Classe deluxe train.
