The initial disbursement of P 9,100  was used by four NYEC mobilisation teams to travel to various regions throughout the country, on the weekend of July 09 - 11 2010, and not what the reporter claims; that the "financial report indicates that one team used P 9,110 for fuel and meals on a mobilisation trip."
