EU grants P330m to Botswana

A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation says minister Phandu Skelemani and EU Commissioner for Development Cooperation, Andris Piebalgs, signed the programme on the sidelines of the Joint ACP-EU Council of Ministers Meeting in Nairobi, Kenya last week.
The programme is a comprehensive document setting out expected results, indicators and means of verification on the implementation of agreed areas of cooperation. The 2014 – 2020 programme will focus on inclusive and sustainable growth in the education sector, public sector reforms and measures in favour of civil society.
