Paper work delays Letlapeng appeal

Letlapeng chairperson, Kabo Magagane said they need a copy of the judgement to file a case at the National Appeal’s Board (NAB). The Ramotswa side is appealing against a finding that they fielded an ineligible player in the game against Forest. The finding saw them docked three points that were given to Forest to change the leadership of the First Division South League. 

Magagane said they had expected to be given a copy of the judgement by Monday afternoon but that has not happened.  “What is worrying is that we were given 14 days to appeal and the delay is chopping away our days. We need to appeal our case with urgency. We have caucused as the management and decided to appeal. We want the Appeals Board to clear the issue and if we lose, then we will accept our fate,” said a disappointed Magagane. He said that the stalemate is delaying their preparations for next season.
