Boko back in court

A small group of disgruntled party members had taken their leader to court seeking his removal from office for allegedly having forged his membership card when he was elected party president in 2010 in Mochudi. Boko is also the president of the opposition coalition, the Umbrella for Democratic Change, (UDC).
Last month, Judge Terence Rannowane of the Gaborone High Court postponed the case to today after Boko’s legal team argued that they needed to study the applicants’ documents.
