New twist in teen shooting

The shooting of a 16 year-old in Block 8 about two weeks ago has taken a fresh turn with police preparing charges of idling, disorder and possession of stolen property against the victim and his friend.

The 16 year-old Bonnington Junior Secondary School student was shot in the lower arm with rubber bullets after what he says was an innocent walk back from a football game viewing.
